About The O-ring Store

The O-ring Store stocks and assembles O-rings and O-ring Kits. We began with only a few thousand o-rings and started to assemble kits that we were having a problem locating ourselves. As we built more kits and needed to expand our offering of single o-rings we found that the more we had the more we needed. We started to purchase o-rings every Tuesday and now are ordering twice a week and flying them in to keep up the service I would expect if I were buying from us. The boys are shipping, assembling and identifying kits Monday thru Friday but I still seem to be working everyday. If only I could pay everyone what they are worth it would be the greatest place on earth to work. So far it has been very enjoyable building the business to what it is today...

Just a few words about me:
My former career of 25 years was managing Electrical Wholesale Companies until March, 2007. As it goes in large companies, my new district manger did not see the value of honest business and made requests I could not perform. At that point my family took a vacation and stayed a week on the Oregon Coast to decide what direction our lives should take. As a family we opened a Paintball Store/Field and and I started The O-ring Store. I enjoyed being in the Paintball business with my family but due to the economy it could not last and we had to close the Shop December 25th, 2008 and the field April, 2009. The O-ring Store has taken a different path and has been growing every month since it was started May, 2007. Even with economic conditions since we opened the online store, we have followed a basic business plan with goals outlined below and have been very happy with the results.

 

Here at The O-ring Store we plan on the being the world's best supplier of O-rings and O-ring Kits by accomplishing several small goals.

  1. Build an O-ring repair kit for every piece of equipment in the world.
  2. Increase our product offering for you.
  3. Assist our customers repair or build what is important to them.
  4. Supply quality products at a fair price.
  5. Deliver every product as quickly and economically as possible.
  6. Improve every single day.
  7. Treat every customer with care and respect.
  8. Never be more important than our customers. (We are not an insurance company or a publicly traded company)
  9. Take care of our families, maybe even make a couple bucks for them.
  10. Deal with people that will treat us like we will try to treat you.

We will do our best to get the products you need in your hands so you can fix/build your items.

Since using the phone is difficult for me I decided that we will be using the internet only. Email is our main form of communication but we will be using online chat soon.
