T-Seals Rod | Hydraulic Backup Ring Seals

Piston and Rod T-Seals are a high-performance sealing solution designed to replace standard O-Rings in demanding hydraulic applications, using a resilient elastomer sealing element with split back-up rings to resist spiral failure, reduce extrusion, and provide reliable double-acting sealing in both piston and rod applications. They install directly into standard O-Ring grooves with no modification, making them an easy upgrade for long-stroke cylinders where traditional O-Rings fail, and for customers this means fewer leaks, longer service life, and less downtime in high-pressure systems up to 7,500 PSI, especially in continuous or heavy-load applications where consistent sealing performance and reduced maintenance are critical.
