OSK™ O-Ring Seal Kits for use with Carlisle® spray equipment are aftermarket seal kits for spray foam, spray coating and plural component systems. Each kit is offered in four grades, Commercial, OEM, ETP and FFKM, so you can match the seal to the chemistry you are actually running instead of guessing. Kits ship from USA stock and are verified through the Olypsys® scan-based quality system before they leave the building.
These kits serve spray polyurethane foam contractors, spray coating and polyurea applicators, plural component and proportioner operators, insulation crews, roofing contractors, and the service shops that keep that equipment running. Typical seal points include spray guns, mix chambers, fluid sections, heated hose fittings, transfer pumps, proportioner blocks, filters and check valves. The kits are built for systems running heated material under pressure, with regular solvent flushing and daily teardown, which is exactly the duty cycle that wears out the wrong O-Ring in a hurry.
