Simriz® 495 is a high-performance perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) compound designed for chemical processing and industrial sealing. Produced in black with a Shore A hardness of 75, it combines high tensile strength (~2610 psi) and excellent elongation (160%) with outstanding chemical and heat resistance. With low compression set performance (23% after 70 hrs. at 200°C), Simriz® 495 maintains sealing integrity under aggressive thermal cycling and dynamic stress.
