The PR-27N85 is a black Nitrile (NBR) profile seal, 85 durometer, engineered for use in M27 X 2.0 hydraulic fittings as specified by DIN 3869 standards. Designed for static axial sealing, this 3/4" profile ring provides long-lasting performance in mineral oil-based hydraulic systems, helping prevent fluid loss, pressure drop, and contamination.

The unique geometry of this seal prevents twisting, minimizes cross-section deformation, and ensures low leakage even under pressure pulsation or vibration. It is ideally suited for threaded connections in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems where O-Rings may fail due to movement or poor fitment.
