Same-Day Shipping
Orders go straight to our warehouse the moment you place them. If your items are in stock, we ship the same day you order. All cutoff times are Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

All orders ship FOB from Clarkston, WA via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Transit times are for in-stock items, weather permitting.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Freight Collect is available on both FedEx and UPS.

Backorders
If an item is out of stock, here is what to expect:
- Domestic stock items: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
- Imported items: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
If your order is time-sensitive, contact us. We will do our best to work with you. Any extended lead times are always communicated in advance.
Order Cancellation
We process orders immediately. That is how we ship so fast.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 10 minutes of placing your order or its gone.
If you think an order was placed in error, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins, but we will do our best to help.
Returns & Order Issues
✖ All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
O-Rings are controlled sealing products. Once they leave our facility, we cannot verify that product conformity, lot traceability, or quality has been maintained.
Why no returns?
O-Rings and seals must meet strict quality standards. If a product is returned to us, we have no way to confirm it was stored or handled correctly. Accepting returns would put every customer's quality at risk. This policy protects you and every order we ship.
"I received the wrong size"
In most cases, a "wrong size" issue comes from incorrect measurement, not a manufacturing defect. To determine if an O-Ring is actually out of tolerance, we use Olypsys® to scan to verify the inside diameter and cross section. This gives us verified data instead of guesswork.
Unverified wrong size O-Rings are not eligible for return unless we shipped the incorrect O-Ring size.
