KM Viton® 90 Contoured Back-Up Rings are designed to support O-Rings in high-pressure, high-temperature, and chemically aggressive sealing applications. Molded from 90 durometer FKM, these contoured back-ups provide the stiffness needed to prevent O-Ring extrusion while retaining enough elasticity to stretch over piston diameters and snap cleanly into the gland groove. FKM Viton® offers excellent resistance to heat, fuels, oils, solvents, and many harsh chemicals, making these back-up rings ideal for demanding hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Sizes correspond directly to standard O-Ring dash numbers, simplifying selection and reducing installation errors.
