9/32" Cross Section

Nitrile U-Cup Seals, also known as HRU Homogeneous U-Cups or block vee seals, are designed for reliable performance in low-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems. These compact, single-material seals offer a dependable upgrade or direct replacement for AS568 O-Rings, especially in rod and piston applications where space is limited and sealing performance is critical. Made from 70 durometer Nitrile (Buna-N), they resist oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids while delivering consistent sealing under pressures up to 500 PSI. Ideal for industrial cylinders, automation systems, and maintenance operations, HRU U-Cups provide cost-effective, long-lasting performance trusted by OEMs and field techs alike.
