Simriz® Perfluoroelastomer/FFKM O-Rings.

Why we supply Simriz® Perfluoroelastomers.

Unmatched Chemical Resistance and Thermal Stability
Simriz Perfluoroelastomers redefine durability with their advanced polymer structure. Crafted from a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoromethyl vinyl ether (PMVE), and enhanced with a cure site monomer for effective cross-linking, these materials offer unparalleled chemical resistance and thermal stability. The inclusion of perfluoromethyl vinyl ether not only elevates chemical resilience but also significantly improves flexibility, ensuring peak performance in the most extreme environments.

Innovative Cure Systems for Superior Performance
Proprietary cure systems are the cornerstone of Simriz's exceptional qualities. Designed to optimize cross-linking within the polymer matrix, these systems ensure these elastomers provide superior chemical resistance, thermal stability, and compression set resistance. Tailored to complement the unique polymer structure, the cure systems guarantee that Simriz materials outperform and outlast in the toughest conditions.

Vertical Integration: The Freudenberg Advantage
Freudenberg's commitment to vertical integration, from monomer production to finished elastomers, sets Simriz apart. This approach allows unparalleled quality control and supply chain reliability, ensuring every Simriz product meets our rigorous standards for performance. The ability to tailor the chemical properties of these elastomers to specific needs gives our clients a distinct advantage in challenging applications.
