High performance 70 Durometer Cast Polyurethane

Manufactured by the top polyurethane seal and component producers, with strong materials and extensive product expertise. Polyurethane is the material of choice to create longevity in products due to its resistance to abrasion and performance in punishing environments.

Isocynate cured with physical properties second to none, these o-rings are formulated for resistance to high pressure and punishing or highly abrasive environments. Typically called out as "cast" urethane O-rings, these parts perform well in quick disconnects, high pressure hydraulic and water applications and nail or riveting equipment.

Composition

70 A Durometer TODI Cured High Performance "Cast Type" Polyurethane

This material was developed to solve difficult hydraulic applications, and was produced specifically for use as O-Rings. It possesses extremely high mechanical properties, excellent abrasion, tear and extrusion resistance with low compression set. It has outstanding cold temperature properties and is usable in petroleum based, bio-degradable (synthetic and natural Ester) based fluids.

Features and Benefits:

  • Excellent oil and abrasion resistance
  • Low breakaway friction
  • Reduced extrusion
  • Longer life
  • Reduced operating costs and downtime
