The PR-48N85 is a precision-molded profile seal manufactured from 85 durometer black Nitrile (NBR), specifically designed for M48 X 2.0 thread fluid connectors per DIN 3869. Engineered to perform as a static axial seal in hydraulic systems, this profile ring provides long-lasting resistance to compression set and deformation, preventing fluid loss and pressure drops in demanding applications.

This 1-1/2" profile seal is ideal for sealing threaded bores in hydraulic valves, cylinders, and industrial pipe fittings where vibration, pressure pulsation, and media compatibility are key concerns. Its special geometry ensures no twisting during installation, maintaining consistent sealing under stress while keeping contaminants out.
